FlowOps Africa provides AI workforce solutions including AI receptionists, sales representatives, customer support agents, and other AI-powered business automation tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account information
• All activities that occur under their account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account

Payment for services is due in accordance with the pricing plan selected. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

All content, features, and functionality of FlowOps Africa services are owned by FlowOps Africa and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

FlowOps Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
